Dorsey Drawhorn

Pastor Dorsey Drawhorn, after having been called into the Ministry in 1990, (Acts 10:40) and after more than twelve-years of Pastoral ministry, 5 years at Union Branch Baptist Church, and 7 years at Faith Christian Church both in Amelia County. Pastor Dorsey entered the ministry of Evangelism to fulfill the Great Commission (Matt. 28:16-20).

New Life Ministries Gospel Mission was born in 2014 after prayer and conviction of the Holy Spirit with Pastor Oscar Mundyoli and missionary Steve Majestic.

 

The first church was planted in Lukanga Village of the town of Mpongwe, Zambia in Central Africa.  Today there are fifteen registered Branches and many more in the developmental stage.  Currently nine borehole Wells have been dug in several villages.

 

An Orphanage is under construction in the town of Mupala, a Medical Clinic is under construction in Lukanga.  More than five churches are under construction in Zambia and one church is under construction in Tanzania.

 

The Word of God is going forth, Souls are being saved, and Jesus’ Name lifted on high.  Glory to God in the Highest!

We have been supported by local Churches, Family, and Friends of Faith.

Education: BTH degree from Triune Biblical University; Master’s Degree of Systematic Theology; Bachelor of Youth Ministries from Higher Learning Bible Institute International Seminary as well as Bishop Credentials from:  Faith Temple Church for All Nations Pentecostal Deliverance Ministries in Washington, DC.

After serving successfully in two Pastorates in Amelia Bishop Drawhorn is currently, the founder and Overseer of the New Life Ministries Gospel Mission in Zambia Africa since 2014.
