BIOGRAPHY
A Life of Faithful Service
District Elder Charles E. Lyles is a Texas native and United States Army veteran. He and his wife, Alison, were baptized in Jesus’ name and filled with the Holy Spirit while living near Fort Hood, Texas.
He has served as a choir member, Sunday school teacher and superintendent, deacon, minister, pastor, council officer, and District Elder. A student of theology and an anointed Bible teacher, District Elder Lyles serves WOCA as General Secretary and General Administrator.
